From Surgeon Generals to gym teachers, cooks to kids, lawmakers to legislators, these authorities shared their research, opinions and "gut feelings" on our ever-expanding girth.

St. Louis is a cool city, even though there isn't much activity downtown. And it's home to some killer New Orleans-style food at the Broadway Oyster Bar, and the Arch is pretty awesome as well.
